Fairmount Painting offers carpentry services in terms of wood replacement and/or restoration of surfaces we are painting.
Most of our carpentry services happen with our exterior work when we discover rotted wood that is in need of repair or replacement. When inside your home, we perform various small installs or fixes when needed.
We repair or replace wood clapboards and shingles, window and door frame trim, window and door sills, column bases, and almost any type of superficial wood repair. We do not perform structural repair. We do not replace doors or windows. We sometimes repair windows or doors. We are pretty handy in general.

We can replace sash cords on double hung windows.
We can replace screens on wood framed doors or porches.
We do not do carpentry only jobs or estimates. It comes as part of our painting services if needed.
